COVID-19 UPDATES
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
In recognition of ongoing pandemic reports and the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus, for answering our patient's questions regarding receiving dental care during this time. As dedicated health care professionals, following infection control rules and regulations has always been our dental clinic's top priority, and you may experience those during your visits to our dental office.
Our infection control protocols are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable.
Our dental clinic follows infection control recommendations made by the Canadian Dental Association (CDA), Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Ontario Dental Association (ODA).
You may notice we do things a little differently when you visit our practice; we made these changes to help protect both of our valued patients and staff.
-
Our office will communicate with you and send electronic screening forms before your appointment. Our front desk staff will ask you t same questions again at your appointment time before entering the facility.
-
Your temperature will be checked before check-in.
-
We will ask you to contact our office via call or text to notify us of your arrival for your appointment. We will then direct you when it is the appropriate time to enter our office so we can keep social interaction to a minimum.
-
We ask that you arrive for your appointment wearing a mask or face covering. If you don't have a face covering or mask, we will provide one for you.
-
We have hand sanitizers that we will ask all clients to use when entering and leaving the office.
-
Appointments timing is changed to provide proper social distancing between serving the patients.
-
We try our best to allow more considerable time between services to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of clients and staff in the reception area at any one time.
-
